Module updates in BitBox

• added support of Bosch EDC17C53 control units for different diesel vehicles in module Bosch MEDC17 Bench [SM2 ONLY].
• added support of Bosch EDC17CP14 control units for Kia/Hyundai diesel vehicles in module Bosch MEDC17 Bench [SM2 ONLY].
• totally remade Ford Continental SID209 TC1797 [FID279] and expanded coverage of the Ford Continental Diesel CAN module.

Now this module supports hardware's listed below:

- EB3A
- GB3A
- HK3A
- CK4A

Also this module now supports Recovery Feature, but you have to write only STOCK file to repair ECU.
