ECM Titanium drivers updated on Continental SIMOS10 and SIMOS18

The management of these ECUs — Continental SIMOS10 and SIMOS18 — is a bit more complex than the Bosch management, as it requires the modification of some particular maps in order to prevent the vehicle from going recovery mode or having problems related to correct operation.
